Do you create or edit 3D models?
Not currently. GNYDesign is a print-only service, so your file should be ready to print. A basic printability check is included before quoting.
What file types can I send?
STL and 3MF are preferred. OBJ, STEP, STP, and ZIP files are also accepted for review.
What if my model is larger than the printer?
The build volume is 256 × 256 × 256 mm. Larger models can be quoted when the supplied files are already split into printable sections.
Can you ship my order?
Yes. U.S. shipping and local pickup in Apex, North Carolina are available. Shipping is confirmed in your quote.
